Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Maintain and update existing and new customer databases.
• Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies.
• Presentation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Evaluate marketing strategies, plans and proposals.

Person Specification

• HND/B.Sc/B.A with at least 1 year post NYSC experience in Customer Service or related fields.
